Yeah I think/hope so too... the description reads "USB ports".

Even our Terrain has a USB/aux jack in the center console. Corvette is sure to have one as well.

I think I read somewhere that the USB port in the New Impala will be behind the drop down Mylink screen, the Corvette may have the same setup.

Impala has USB ports behind the screen and in the center console.

I hope the center console doesn't easily pinch/crunch the USB cable (w/o manually making sure it doesn't)... like it does on the current Camaro.

So, what happens if you plug a USB stick into both USB ports?

In all seriousness, it probably comes up on a media screen and lets you select. So for example you could leave your usb stick in there permanently but plug your phone in temporarily. |

the folks over on corvetteforum have a thread on the console (I'm sure they managed to bitch about the tail lights in that one as well ). The smaller compartment ahead of the cup holders is thought to be a flip up 12V outlet and a USB jack. Then the second USB behind the head unit face (guess with GM dumping the optical drives, "head" will be dropped from the audio installers lexicon soon ).
Seats? Yes, looks like going to the 2LT gets you better leather. CF on the dash is optional. I love the CF accents on a S4. Thought the CF dash on the reveal car looked like ass though - or something ordered from the JC Whitney catalog then stuck on. But that's a good thing as I can save a ton of $ by not ordering it. Following C6 tradition, I do plan on getting the roof package with the exposed CF (looks awesome) along with the transparent top. Assuming I don't wait for the 'vert. It's going to be a very long spring and summer waiting for production models to show up at dealerhips.... |
