I'm not exactly sure if 'SLP' stands for anything,

But SLP Performance Parts is a very popular Camaro aftermarket company. Especially for the 4thgen's. They were initially responsible for turning out the 'SS' models of the 4thgen; untill GM moved it in-house.

AND - They're said to be already working on parts for the '10 Camaro!

Agreed.

Freedom hit right on - I can't see this car being dropped - it just wouldn't have the same profile. And 24s? Are you serious?

I'm going to get wheels of the same size - just painted black. MAYBE smoke out the tail lights and tint the windows. Other than that everything will be under the hood. If the top dog doesn't come with a supercharger I'll be slappin' one on as soon as I get my brakes, suspension, and tires upgraded.

Certainly going to upgrade the intake, exhaust, and headers. I really look forward to running around the block with open headers for a little bit.

And smart thinking, upgrading brakes, suspension, and tires to go along and match the capabilities of increased power. That's the way to modify a car right. Keep it all balanced.

Think Ill go with a generic answer and say replace the factory intake and possibly exhuast later on, definatly going to check and see how i can lower the weight on it, probably change to a carbon hood, install xm radio

full suspension, lowered about 2 inches. black HRE 22 wheels, full exhaust from the headers back, possible supercharger if not already equiped, blacked out windows, and a possibility of some motor work from Livernois Motorsports.

Hmmm...I think I'll get some headlamps from AutoZone, remove the bowtie, add a whole lot of white polygons, and top it all off with a coat of dust.

In all actuality, I plan on tinkering with the exhaust note as needed. I'll probably work on the intake, and do some other minor performance upgrades. I'll also play with the interior since that's what I'll be looking at while driving.

My man we share similar taste. You thinking about doing this on a black Camaro for the blacked-out type look? That's what I'm thinking of doing.
