Not the 5th gen SS; 5th gen ZLs struggled to produce 5,000 units in a given year; Z/28s were even lower. The market doesn't really look at 1 of 300 in color, options etc. Its much more broad.

If you're wise, look patiently and wait then you can find what you want at the right price.

one of 325 isn't shabby either lol.. but think of how many are actually left, like urs 1out of 103, I bet 1/2 are dead. haggerty's values on the 96-02 ss have climbed significantly in the last 5 years.. not sure how much that means, but it is. its odd though seeing some in poor condition how much money some people want for them, I seen a lingenfelter hugger orange on sale for 18k, with 24k miles, and a ratbag 167k mi 98ss with crap add ons for 14k.

Especially the 6th gen with 450 hp. The ls3 5th gens were nothing to sneeze at either.

You can go either way IMO. Ls1 4th gens have that unique combination: lightweight body with a motor that has almost unlimited potential, good power, excellent ignition, fuel and engine management, etc. is very hard to beat. Its just the overall quality wasn't quite there with the 4th gens. Body strength and the suspension were good with them as well.

Yea true but I was giving you an example of how tough the market is, especially if you're trying to sell.

On the other hand, I don't blame owners for trying to get as much as they can for their cars. 15k, 20k, hell 30k just won't cut it to move my 4th gen (that's how much it means to me), so that factor alone will never make me want to sell it. Buyers still need to beware though: Don't spend 30k or more on a 15-19 year old car when the 6th gen is right around the corner. Even a mid pack GMMG may not be able to whip a good 6th gen.....watch out!!

Hell I was looking at buying a 1 of 5 1LE Hugger Orange SS a year ago, he wanted 15k for it . . . even with 175k on the clock! I only had 10, a few inquires later and 2 weeks time and he sold it for 15k. It’s a rare car, not only for the option but also the color. Normal Hugger Orange SS cars are going for the mid 20’s and are selling for that, those are cars with 40-50k on them. Need to know the significance of these cars. A 5th gen and 6th gen SS, ZL1 and 1LE are a dim a dozen and that’ll hurt there value in a few years.
Tell us a fair price for a low mileage mint conditioned GMMG Camaro today?

Depends on options. Gathering from your posts you want either a Stage 2 or Stage 3, for one of those expect at least 40k.
