From the pics doug took looks like some of the componets under the car need to be an inch or two higher lest they get ripped out from the car when going over speed bumps. I know camaros sit low, maybe it just looks like its lower than it is.

You gotta remember, this is a CONCEPT Camaro, not a production version.

I don't think they ever thought it would see as many miles as it has turned out to have.
