BUYER BEWARE: Lucky's Speed and Performance
BUYER BEWARE: Lucky's Speed and Performance
I have not been on here for a while (mainly because I am sad I have not had my car). 7 1/2 months ago I dropped my car off at Lucky's Speed and Performance in Longview Texas. The car is getting a supercharger, heads, cam, clutch, and headers. I am not going to go into much detail because I am not sure if I will have to take legal action in the future. All I ask is that anyone who is thinking about going to this shop you may want to look into going somewhere else. To give you a time frame on how long this job would take several other shops said they could finish it in 7-10 days. So frustrated I sit here waiting for my car to be done and I don't want you all to have to go through the experience I am going through. Mike H2O |

I've tried to help OP and have driven by the shop about 6 months ago and it look abandoned with just a dog in an empty office. I've also contacted people he works with trying to help but nothing seems to get the car completed.
Maybe call late model race craft and then jason will answer the phone. |

Their website says they specialize in personal sales and service. It appears someone in the office missed that part! I would be very concerned about excessive mileage added to the car over so many months. Who knows what they've been doing with it! Contact an attorney NOW. And get your car back asap.

That's about 3 days worth of work in my home garage and then off to get tuned.

WTF! ?
7 1/2 months!!!!
Wow....after 7 days I would have been all over them. Out of curiosity, how did you come to choose them? The BBB rates them an "F" on a scale of A to F, F being the lowest. Plus a red There is an alert for this business ! on the BBB website. http://www.bbb.org/east-texas/busine...ew-tx-28051843 "Is that your car on their Facebook page?" The one at a drag track????
