I like seeing nice ones on the road but I don't personally care for them, or should I say I wouldn't buy one for myself unless it was a great deal.

If you wave from your jeep they just think you're a peter puffer.
when you learn how to not get stuck in your own driveway maybe Camaro drivers will start waving to you, lmao

My 4th gen has been a great car for the past 20 years. Ruby gets along fine with Bandit in the garage. She does get a little jealous sometimes when I take the 5th gen and leave her at home but I spread the love between them. Don't hate on the 4th gen's OP.

The 4th Gens never really did it for me but I appreciate them and always remember what they did for the species and the proliferation of the LS motors. So they get a little nod or salute or whatever you want to call it. I definatley prefer the 5th Gens, my 1LE especially.

I hope you took the package out first or I smell another "gotta find my car" post.

The fourth gen is what was on the market when I fell in love with the F-Body. I actually strongly preferred the TA & Firebirds to the Camaros at the time, but that was the GM line up that fueled the love and started the passion for me back when I was a teenager. They were sleek. I remember pricing them when I was 16, convinced I would be able to afford them on my PT $5.95/hr high school job (never happened). But $17k seemed really reasonable back in the day. They were the first series of cars that drew my attention away from the vipers and Lamborghinis of the day. Then opened my heart to the world of American muscle cars. I'll probably never own one, but I'll never lose appreciation for what they were. A 300+ hp SS was crazy to imagine back then. Kinda makes you appreciate what we have now.

4th gens are typically invisible to me unless it's a clean car. Unfortunately, most 4th gens I see are dirty and molested. I really notice clean 4th gen SS cars....especially when tastefully modded.
