Saw my first C7 in the flesh...

Maybe sounds weird, but I do live in Europe... and it was only in a showroom, black on black on black.

Have to say it looks far more impressive for real than seeing it on any video or picture

Defnitely will consider a Z06 or ZR1 when they make it over here

I saw my first C7 on November 9th last year.

The following Monday, the 11th, I traded in my '13 ZL1 and ordered my C7.

My car will arrive in a few days but I also just this week saw a C7 in the flesh.

It far exceeded my expectations... and my expectations were high It was smaller in real life than it looks in pictures. More aggressive looking. One of the nicest cars I have seen.

The interior was stellar and absolutely up to the same standards as my M3 or C63 were. I was very, very impressed.

I cannot wait for mine... I am so excited!

I don't fit in this car. 6 ft and 250 lbs and I find it very crowded and uncomfortable. Seat had to be all the way back with tilt steering up just to use clutch. Seat bolsters were digging into my thighs and my left leg was touching drivers door while my right leg was touching the center console. Beautiful car but it just too small inside...very disappointed !!

Sorry to hear that.

My buddy is 6'8" and has no problems fitting.

I'm 6' and 230 lbs and have room to spare. I suspect there may have been a glitch in that car's seat control and that the seat was more like all the way forward. In mine with the seat all the way back I can't even reach the clutch much less press it in! I've also had a guy sit in it who was 6'-8" tall. Again, no trouble for him either!

I did question the salesman so he got in and found the same thing. He said the seat was all the way back. I will have to go back and investigate this.....didn't make much sense to me. What about the seat bolsters being too narrow? Could it have a seat option I am not aware of?

The seat bolsters are adjustable. Perhaps not on all trim levels though?

Ya, manually adjust the seats. I think some sales people are just hitting the easy exit button and thinking that goes all the way back as set from the factory - which is not necessarily the case. From the factory mine had about 2" of travel left. You can reset the easy entry once you get the exit setting where you want it. Also try different height and tilt settings for the seat bottom. That will help some too for those with longer legs.

As for the bolsters, they will be snug, but try adjusting the lumbar just a touch. I find adding a little there moves your back out just enough for the bolsters to be less snug without the lumbar getting too aggressive for long term comfort. Keep in mind, these seats have so much adjustability it may take a few tries to get them where you want them.

I find the standard GT seats to be more snug than the Competition seats. The bottom seat part of the Competition seats are firmer, but other than that, I like my GT seats.

I saw the first one at a car show in San Antonio back in November I believe. Artic white with black wheels and carbon flash mirrors and spoiler and fell in love. After numerous begging sessions I found a buyer for my 2011 Camaro, cause wife said not enough room in garage for three cars I ordered mine in February. Hoping to take delivery on 26th of april if all stays on track. Not having a car at all is killing me..lol
