No. I've also never tried to fire my M1 rifle with one hand either; they are both rifles

I'm not sure you're seeing my point. Maybe it will help if I state it differently:

What about the AR platform means it is a good design for the disabled?

I'll retort with my own question. Why should a disabled person not be given an opportunity to enjoy an AR?

...you are actually trying to make this out to be a case of me being prejudiced against the disabled.

I never even suggested that the disabled should or should not be able to do anything at all in the whole wide world.

That's a really shitty thing to post. I should have recognized that you were making this personal when you went to "disabled combat veterans".

I harbor no ill will toward the disabled, veterans, or you, but I'm damn sure not going to be vilified because you're having a bad day either. For some reason you want to fight. Fight with yourself.

Not trying to pick a fight, if I was I would do it through PMs. I can't read your mind just like you can't read mine. To the point of the Sig Brace, it was created in response to a need to make it easier for disabled persons (military injured, civilian injured/disabled) to use a rifle pistol. This is the fact for its conception. I'm trying to understand what your question is? Do you not feel the need for pistol rifles? Or feel that it is nothing but a fad that is to appeal to the COD player? I'm trying to keep this conversation civil with constructive questions, there is no need to get defensive.

I has stated and re-stated what I am asking. You're supplying 'retorts'.

What is it about the AR platform that lends itself to ease of use by the disabled. I can't put it more plainly.

I guess it's due to the size, weight and soft recoil. I don't own an AR pistol so this is my guess.

The only benefit I can think of is the shorter barrel to keep the weight closer to the grip but an AR balances right around the magazine well. That's still well in front of the grip for holding it one handed.

Sure, I've shot my M1 Garand one handed but it wasn't easy.

I wonder how a 5.56 out of a pistol length barrel compares to 10mm auto or .460 Rowland energy wise.

No experience with 5.56 pistols, PDWs or SBRs, but I always get comments about how loud my FS2000 and AUG are from fellow shooters at the range due to how close the muzzle is. I have shot the Scorpion Evo pistol and Kriss Vector pistol and they were very pleasant to shoot.

People vote for disgusting pieces of humanity like Mr. Hussein Odumber. Wait until all the Hildebeast lovers get her in. Must be nice to be responsible for the murder of Americans and have hundreds of thousands of people conveniently accept your lies.

Luckily such a registry is illegal per Florida Statutes.

For now anyway. We have a few Sheriffs who have gone on TV and stated that if a federal law is put into place to remove firearms from the people, they will not enforce it because.it voilates the second amendment. Good point though! Many Americans will be murdered because they didn't have the means to protect themselves.
