Its really really easy... just time consuming. Plan on the car being down a week or more IF YOU WANT TO DO IT RIGHT!

I will post up a "how to"...

Sorry to thread jack but...

First, you have to remove the calipers to do it right. You CAN paint them on but it WILL NOT STICK.

Get the calipers off the car.
Remove the brake pads.
Remove the bleeder valve and brake lines that carry fluid from the front to the rear of the caliper.
Drain all the brake fluid.
Put bolts in all the holes so cleaner and paint does not go in the holes.

Ok, now for the PITA part... you have to get the COMPLETELY CLEAN! I used a variety of products including DA cleaner (used in paint prep... removes anything).
Once they are clean, lightly scuff up the paint. I used like 1000 grit or something.
Clean them again.
Once each caliper passes the white glove test wash them with soap and water and rinse them VERY good. Let them dry overnight.

PREP IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. They need to be perfectly clean and dry.

Now I applied 3 coats of high head engine paint per the instruction... 45 minutes between coats. Applied the decals then 2 coats of high heat clear.

Now let them sit for 7 days to fully cure.
Rebuild the caliper.

When they are done, they look like this:

If anyone has any questions or needs more detail, PM me.

Total cost of the caliper job... $25.

I also took the oportunity to upgrade everything else... pads, rotors, line and fluid.

Ya, I got mine from eBay too BUT they are not the factory size.

Not sure where to get the CHEVROLET and the small Brembo.
