I'm with you on the silver. After I ordered my IOM, it occurred to me that the very first car I ever wanted (and begged for repeatedly to no good), was a midnight blue Z-28 with silver stripes. I almost cancelled my IOM and ordered the IBM so I could put the silver stripes on and tell my parents Ha, Ha...finally got it almost 30 yrs. later!

I still remember how good the silver looked on that dark blue!!!

I love my baby. The response time on it is unreal. You barely touch the gas pedal and she is gone!!! I can tell you that it is by far quicker than the 08 Mustang GT I had that even had the CAI and tuner.

Finally got mine last night. I drove it to work this morning in the rain. I had dropped off my 18" rims with snow tires and they replaced the 20's before I got a chance to drive it.

The snow tires make for a very rough ride. I can't wait until summer when I can drive it like its meant to be driven.

Going to Zaino it this weekend and I'll put up some pics.

the other day I casually pulled out and passed a car and holy crap times I got by I was screaming.....I can judge my speed by how far up in my throat my heart is....

I know what you mean. Our babys just want to GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

I got tickled last night at church. I was waiting for our class to begin when a couple of the guys walked in. I got to listening to them and they were talking so fast they couldn't even catch their breath..................about my car!!! Finally, one of them asked if anyone knew who's FINE car that was......I slyly raised my hand. Of course, that led to a 15 minute conversation. They told me if there were puddles on or around the car, it was just their drool!!

they shouldda known by the Perma Grinn whose rocket that was....my brother had a 1965 327 Corvette that I had once thought was fast...
