I'm still waiting!!!!

I just called CSX and they said that my train car was emptied.

How do I track from here? I went to the forum tracking page on camarotracking.com and provided by VIN and order #. Will they help me track from there? How often do they update?

I haven't heard from my dealer, but I will probably call them later today.

I think they update 3 times a day...i hear its not that reliable cuz alot of people get calls from their dealers telling them their cars are here before the tracking thing tells you...call you dealer and see if its already there or not...

Although I know it can vary alot, depending on what time the truck actually leaves and how many stops it makes before yours, but just as an idea. I got the message "empty" for my railcar Wed around 5:30 PM. The yard was appr. 3.5 hrs. from my dealer, and the truck was here to unload at appr. 3:00PM yesterday. So less than 24 hrs for me from railcar being empty. Hope that helps.

"I also just checked AAg and your car shows dispatched today from Dacula GA going to Perry GA. If this is not very far your car should be at your delaer today....at the outside sometime tomorrow."

I am going to call my dealer!

Hey guys,

I have been watching your progress. I was in the 10/5 group and just got my car this week. I had a broken mirror, damaged in shipping so the dealer kept it until the part came in and it could leave the lot in perfect condition.

Here are some of my photos... hope they help to hold over some of you still waiting. I know the last week is the hardest. HANG IN THERE!!!

Hey guys, just having a BLAST in canada. Took the kids to see the Falls today and took lots of pics. Absolutely amazing! Eric had quite fun running the car (up to 80 mph in city limits.....ummm shame on him). Was hot rodding a little until a cop got behind us and he had to slow down. Oh and btw did you know that everything is in km/h here instead of mph and the camaro does not have it broke down so that is our story if we get pulled over. LOL. I still haven't driven it yet but that is okay, will do it probably tomorrow on a good stretch of highway. I have yet to drive a camaro at all so this ought to be interesting. I did tell Eric that since we got a standard it would absolutely suck if I just couldn't drive it but I think it is like riding a bike, once you learn to drive a standard you can forever, will just take some getting used to!

Oh, Punkin, called the tag office today and gave them the vin and asked what TTL was going to be and they said...drum roll.....$510.00 HUH??? I can't believe that, but whatever they say is fine with me. I'm not sure why but the dealer has on the certificate of sale that we paid $12500.00 and I told the tag office that and since that is all we take to them I'm guessing that is the number they go off of. Guess we will see when we go in to pay tag for sure. But with them having the vin put in the system I can't see them giving a price off the top of their head. She was putting everything in the system.

Well, getting ready to take the kids to the indoor water park so will talk to you guys later.

Found new one at Paddock Chevrolet and drove 2400 miles roundtrip to pick her up in Buffalo, New York on Nov. 5, 2009.
