any word on longevity test on how this method holds up? I want to do the same as long as it stays nice looking for at least a few years before having to redo.

PS: i didn't use any gray engine enamel, just cleaned and lightly sanded and started painting.

Th calipers and wheels look awesome here. Can anyone photoshop red inside the rim?

9,000 miles, I wash the calipers at the same time I wash the inside of the wheels. They look perfect.

Looks great. I went the lazy route and covered everything in the wheel well and sprayed them while on.

Why would you need just one store if you order from amazon?

All the spray paint product names are listed in the original post on page 1 to make a search on Amazon or ebay easy. You can order the spray paints thru Amazon or ebay (just be sure to get 2 cans of what ever color you pick) as well as the cheap-o $12 disposable car cover. But the Prep-All, Scotch Brite pads, Brake Clean and that can be found at Wal-Mart or an auto parts store.

If you look real close, you'll notice the font isn't "exactly" the same as the 1LE calipers, they balloon out in the center - meaning the middle letters are phyically larger than the first and last, but it's so close, no one has called me out on it. $16 and he makes the front stickers larger than the rears too.

thanks man i just got mine!
