Unless i'm losing my mind i thought there was a thread a while back about this being held along the beach in Tampa area. Can't seem to find it but i'm pretty positive i saw it before.

How about we join the two ideas together and make a cruise out of it? maybe start at the track and end at the beach. All back roads...
