Has anyone ordered from them recently? In the past they have been great to work with, I was about to order another interior plaque and just got curious and checked their Facebook and to my surprise a lot of bad reviews the last few months. Just want to confirm with anyone here, thanks!

I ordered 2 of these about a month back. No problems at all, and shipped quickly. I think that as long as they have them in stock and ready to ship, you're good to go.

Right on, yeah I've ordered a few from them a few years ago and I had zero issues.

Not sure what might be up with them. Maybe just some picky people complaining. I have ordered quite a bit from them over the years and ZERO issues!!

Whelp, I should have known better. Been 15 days since I have ordered and no email confirmation from them. Guess I will be filing a claim within Paypal in the near future, dang.

Well dang brother, that bites! Ya gotta remember, we had a holiday in those days too where the 4th was on a Tuesday. I know they send their stuff via USPS, I think, so maybe them having to make your items, as some are custom, and not "stocked", possibility. I recall some of the items I got from them, just showed up, confirmation email from them, also carbonaddons does that too. I'm only saying about the holiday because I get a small royalty check from a company local, and it was a 14 days late getting here. Hope that's all it was..

Yeah I hope you're right, I still haven't got an email from them to this day as well. Never has taken this long before, but ill give it a few more weeks I suppose!

That's odd. I got my little emblem in about a week. When you bought, did you notice if your part was in stock and ready to ship? I know that sometimes custom or out of stock parts have an extended lead time.

1 of 2 items was a custom order, however I have ordered the same piece before and has never taken this long. I know things happen and orders get backed up, it'll be 4 week tomorrow and I haven't got a response from them after emailing them twice. Still no confirmation other than my receipt from Paypal.
