2011 Convertible passenger window condensation.

Wife car has started having the passenger window and rear window wet along with water dripping where the plastic that houses the top handle is. We have a lot of leaves that fall and was wondering how to look at the drains and clean them, top up or down? Also any help on what the condensation could be coming from. Thank You in advance.
