This is kinda what I wanted to know. I dont own a torque wrench.
Just get them snug and do a 1/4 turn? Thats how I did my last set of headers on my old car, people seem to worry a lot about the header bolt torque on C5 |

I wouldn't want to try and get a torque wrench on them, just get them tight, heat the headers and re-tighten.

Driver's side bolts are easy to get to with a torque wrench. Passenger side is a different story. I could only get to a couple. A combo wrench worked just fine for the rest.

reuse the old ones if they are in good shape or buy new OEM ones. Doesn't really matter as long as you use OEM. Some feel better about new ones. I reused my old ones.

the actual specs are 11ftlbs then 18ftlbs. I do 20ftlbs because you cant find a tq wrench that will do 18ftlbs. those cheap tq wrenches are junk. Dont bother.
