Check for rodents under the hood, check oil level, check tire inflation,
check for any objects or leaks under the vehicle, start, drive until warmed up and then stop and check for leaks again. Enjoy!

Check tires and hoses for rot or damage every time it comes out of storage, too

change out the winter air for summer air in your tires. I usually skip the spring air and jump right to summer, but some might disagree and change their air quarterly.

I would keep Winter Air since its colder, keeps the tires from over heating.

I always idle mine for no less than 5 minutes when I first fire it up to let things get relubricated. After that I drive around for another 15 minutes or so very tamely. Slowly I get back to getting the car back up and running to its end of year glory. You just want to make sure that everything is lubricated properly and the seals are still as they should be before you really lay into her again.

make sure you get all the drier sheets out of the engine bay if you used them. Keeps the mice away
