Ding removed via Paintless Dent Repair should make it look flawless if done by a pro with good credentials. Many Pros have posted short clips on youtube showing how quickly they can remove the ding and shows the process in high resolution.

I had two big dents on my fender above the Camaro script near the top and a small one near the wheel well opening flare on the same fender . I brought it to a PDR guy and he completely removed it. I am about as picky as you can get and it looks laser straight in all lighting. PDR is simply amazing.

Can they still do PDR of its in a spot that's unreachable from behind it? I have a big one on the fender above the gills to the left.

Do what I did after I saw the first ding in mine (well, after I notices the dent in the passenger door after buying)....
Drink heavily (after you drive home... not before... definitely not before)
