Price of ZL1,wow

I haven't been on here in a while, one because I sold my ZL1 for 55k in 2014,and I am now driving around a 2014 twin turbo 500hp f150 with 2000rms stereo it to tune out the world,lol..it's the shortest one,for those that don't remember I am a disabled vet in a wheelchair....

Anyway all the B.S.aside the price of the ZL1 is just dropping like a rock,I found basically a new 2015 less than a month old for 50k ....
2012 under 40k and 2013's in the high 30k,and low 40k...with all less than 5-6k on the clock..

It really makes me wonder why anyone would still buy a new ss for 50k plus ...
Unless you jus want to have the newest thing around..

I am on the fence about getting another one, since really I can get one for 10k or less than I sold mine for, although it did have 750hp..
Mods on theses cars are almost worthless when it comes time to sell, three is one with over 25k in mods selling for 50k..
Althpugh I did find some guy with A 2013 with a Lingenfelter kit like mine, who wanted a laughable 70k for his coupe ,lol...

Anyway since I am looking and may purchase one,pls passed on the best deal you guys find,be it a ZL1 or a great modded SS..but it has to be a convertible,it's too hard to get into a coupe..
Thanks..

Nice ride. How is it off-road?

Its a buyers market no doubt. I picked up my 2013 w/ 3400 miles on it. With nav, polished wheels , carbon fiber insert , 6spd. For 41k out the door

I would defiantly buy used right now. I sold mine for like 40,500 and it was in perfect shape with 13k on it.

people are on to the new coolaid and this car never turned out short term to be collectible in any way shape or form.

4 year old used car costs less than the new one........struggling to see the insight here. If the conversation is value for money, then of course used cars have already borne the largest impact of depreciation that happened the second you drove of the lot. Again, missing the point.

Nice truck btw. Not my weapon of choice as it neither out trucks a truck, nor does it out handle a sports car. But it does look pretty.

Given the fact that not long ago you could buy a brand new 2015 for approx $45k , I'd say they're holding their value quite well.

Actually lowered like this it probably handles like a sports car. My friend has a new one like this and in stock form goes around corners very well.

Not buying it. Still too heavy. Geometry is all wrong even if you have drop spindles.......understanding that it looks cool, but just a show pony to me. Be glad to run one at VIR to test it though. LOL
