Door Handle Insert-Insert

So was looking at that little rubber insert GM puts inside the door handle to hide the door panel attach bolt. It was looking like it needed a touch of color. I however, am NOT a fan of painting rubber.. escpecially when it's a piece you have to pop off to get the door panel off. I was afraid of the paint peeling off.

So, with a Fabricators approach at looking at things, instead of painting the rubber, I made a metal insert piece, then painted the metal. Instant touch of color, in an otherwise void area.

What do you guys think? The insert is black, the panel is black.. I already made/painted a kickpanel, and painted the door pull insert, so...why not?

Just trying to be creative, and wanted to share it with my C-5 family.
