I'm not a fan of splash guards on the front. Just doesn't flow to me.

Showstoppers has a good one and tried like crazy to get me to try them at the fest, but just couldn't do it. Quality product but just not for the Z IMO.

Agree 100% but in these parts with the gravel on the road in Winter they are a must. Just may take them off in the Spring when the roads are cleaned up.

The functionality is definitely there.

Thanks guys. i don't think i could do a good job making a set for myself. The showstoppers ones look ok but seem like they don't stick out enough to protect. i noticed ********** guards that are higher offset one ebay. Was thinking of buying those. Anybody have pics of those on the ZL1 ? Also noticed ********** acct is suspended from reading old threads. Much help thanks guys !

There is a fine line between looks and functionality, I chose function. I'd much rather have a larger flap than rock chips in paint. Mine look fine IMO, and other people like them better than they thought they would. Although, I really don't care in this case because I HATE rock chips!! My car is always clean and to me that over powers a flap.
