FWD muscle car
Just think with all that weight up front you'd get all the traction, right???
I wonder if they will make a FWD Corvette or Camaro one of these days. With the power going to the front wheels taking turns should be faster too because you can press the gas and point the wheels where you want it to go and it'll be so much better too, right? /s Last edited by AdvanSuper; 07-26-2016 at 07:34 AM. |

In all seriousness though, look up the GM80 program for a glimpse of what might have been. It was pretty far along in development before it was canned.

It's been done. It was called the Fouranado. Olds 442 meets Olds Toronado.

Readin's for rich people!
Don't think there will ever be a day when there's a FWD Corvette or Camaro, but the Fouranado was a front wheel drive muscle car. Toronado's were FWD and 442's were not. They took the drive train from a Toronado and stuck it in a 442, hence the Fouranado. There's no argument that a 442 is a muscle car I hope. There, is that better?
