You're probably going to be faster than me with your stock bottom end.

Next up is to start raising the RPM's, 7300 is my goal tomorrow, I know the supercharger can handle 7200 since I did it with the stock cams but the boost PSI would shoot straight up because it was hitting a wall. |

Got to 17.2 PSI of boost at 7200 RPM, but the traction control, stability control, and service stablitrak lights came on at the end of the pull and then turned off. Something in the tune doesn't like that RPM and air load. It also shot my timing from 27 degrees to 29 degrees. Supercharger is louder now so I'm going to have to see if it's bearings are gone, the front of the impeller will be chewed up if they are. I spun the impeller over 54,000 RPM.

I'm getting a P0101 code during pulls which means that the MAF is pegged out too long so it thinks it is stuck. That is why the TC lights are coming on.
Using the HP Tuners BETA to tune the fuel pump control module too, I've got it running steady at 58 PSI and it is only using 80% duty cycle, I should be able to get even more fuel delivered to the HPFP to help it out. My main fuel pressure used to start dropping 6500, now it holds till 6800 RPM. |

Found out the noise is coming from the cog hitting the back bracket, causing metal to metal whining. The cog is 28mm wide, the space between the brackets is 30mm, so any flexing the supercharger does under load (and it does flex, a lot of pressure is being exerted during a WOT run) causes it to hit that part. Not much I can do about it unless I take everything apart, eventually it will wear out a groove for the cog to ride around though, almost has.

Interesting problem this morning, my EGT probe in one of my header tubes blew off where it connects to the NPT fitting. Don't know how I'm going to fix that, will probably just have to plug the NPT hole and not use it. My EGT was 1200 degrees though at WOT, not too hot.
I am also getting the problem with the Stabilitrak at WOT still, no codes are showing up, just "Service Stabilitrak". I'm going with the theory that my engine makes so much power that it can't keep up so it throws an error. |

Did it happen after you tuned the FPCM? Arno knew the access codes for the FPCM and may have disabled a DTC in it. Mine didn't start till I tuned the FPCM and I've accelerated as fast before.
I hit 17.4 PSI this morning at 7200 RPM but I'm out of fuel with the fuel pressure at 61 PSI. Need to increase to 68 now. The cams are letting in a lot of air, might have to increase the pills on the fuel nozzles. |

no it did it before but i did find it happens when my hpfp starts to fall .. i tried disabling the dtcs in the FPCM still no dice .. but that does make sense i had to reflash the os when i first got HPtuners . i could not do a read out.. you were able to perform a readout so arno very well may have disabled something and explains when mine has always done it and yours now just started doing it when fpcm is changed

Not going to be able to do any testing tomorrow morning since they are calling for rain. Will have to throw the drag radials on tomorrow afternoon then head to the track. While I'm under the car though I'm going to move the BMR rear sway bar to the stiffest setting, that should help keep that left rear planted and help with traction.

Not going to, might adjust it to the weakest setting though.
