Front subwoofers with no sound this cold morning

Anyone else have this happen? Wasn't sure if a fuse blew or what, but this morning, it was cold (it's been colder), and absolutely no sound came out of the front subwoofers until the car had been on for 30 minutes.

Is there even a fuse specifically for them? The other speakers worked okay from what I could tell.

The doors have a 6.5" woofer cone inside each and there is no fuse for them as they are wired directly to the amplifier. A speaker not producing sound can only be three possibilities if system power is on;
  • Voice coil has been broken apart, disconnecting the electrical path
  • Speaker wire path has been cut or disconnected
  • Amplifier is not producing current

The term "subwoofer" is indicative of an independent driver mounted in a dedicated enclosure capable of reproducing a 20hz (or lower) note. Generally requiring an 8" round driver at a minimum.

You say there's no fuse for them, but wouldn't there be for the amplifier?

I always thought they were subs with how much bass they put out. Like not great subs, but subs lol.
