Hello Becky!
TTMGMH Could I get a status on my order please? My dealer has not been talking to me for several days. The GM Order Workbench says order was placed 9/24 and shows status 1100 as of 10/01. It also shows "Priority 1". What does priority 1 mean? They also got the color wrong, even though I gave them a printed paper and PDF with the exact order codes. According to the order workbench printout, they ordered GB8 (metalic black) when I asked for GBA (black). Could changing this delay the order? On the phone someone in sales told me it wouldn't but I don't know if he is reliable. Haven't asked for a status since 2013 when I got my 2014 5th Gen 1LE. Thank you SO much for providing this service to the forum.  --Cal |
