In the past 36 hours...

I bought my c7, drove it 531 miles to get home, got lots and lots of waves, "nice car", and thumbs up and got a speeding ticket.

So far, it's all great except for that last thing.

We drove about 4 hours of the trip top down. Would have kept on that way, but it got dark and tooooo cold.

And home!

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure the guys on Camaro5 didn't think I was really getting a c7 when I sold my Camaro a few months ago, as it was just a lowly v6. Ha!

Close! 68 on bottom, 73 on top.

The 68 is mine. The 73, Kevin's.

...thought it was '69....

...and the front fender...
...wasn't a big enough clue...
...and I couldn't see the bumpers on the '73....

I'm glad I'm away from that crowd and that whole muscle car thing.

Too much hate and in-fighting going on over there.

The Corvette crowd is a much nicer and more mature crowd.

Too much ya ya and ugliness over v6 vs v8, too. I like being where it's all v8s.
