Air/fuel ratio reading question..

With the procharger install coming i would like some input on what gauges i should run. I definitely wanna keep an eye on air/fuel ratio and IAT. I see the aeroforce interceptor gauge can monitor fuel pressure but i cant find anything saying it will show air/fuel ratio(wideband). Is fuel pressure itself enough or do i need the wideband reading? Also if i need the wideband reading do i have to weld another bung on the midpipe and run another sensor? I figure the cars ECU has to have that reading right?

I’m adding two gauges:
AEM Wideband (yes, you need to add another bung)
Banks iDash Supergauge (like having 50 gauges in one)

I was thinking in installing the P3 V3 OBD2 gauge with the
LC-2 Digital Wideband O2 Sensor Kit. You still need an extra bung but regardless of gauge you still need to install a bung for an 02 sensor.

I do see alot of recommendations on the AEM X-Series wideband since it supposedly it connects easy to HPtuners.

I'm leaning towards the P3 since do you like the option on reading a couple things but I'm not sure if you can connect easy to HP tuners to record wideband reading. Maybe someone can chime in regarding the P3.

That sucks, I have to rip out my mid pipe now to weld on another bung? There's an 02 sensor already there ur telling me the ecu doesn't already read a/f ratio?

Usually you add the wideband bung on the driver side closest to the headers before the cats.

Yep. I added another bung to my header collector before sending it out for ceramic coating.

Let me know if you need the LC-2 from Innovate. I have one here I'll sell you for a good price. It works perfectly with the P3.

Not sure if you have headers, but I put mine on the factory pipe on the passenger side. I copied from other posters. It is not terribly difficult to remove (didn't remove any of the rest of the exhaust either).

Before:

After:

Works as advertised.

The OEM AFR sensors are narrow bands...not wideband as required for any tuning.

How easy is the P3 gauge to connect to HP tuners to read? Is anyone using one?
