BTR Stage 3 Questions

Hello all! Ordered up my BTR Stage 3 cam last week with all supporting mods including trunion upgrade.

With that said I currently have Flowmaster AT cat back, hi flow cats, stainless works headers and CAI Brand air intake. Few questions..

1. What do you think I could get Hp wise with this setup (LS3 here)

2. What about drive ability? Any issues around town? Wanting to make sure I will still have an enjoyable time grocery getting and cruising back and mountain roads. After install I will obviously be getting this dyno tuned for a second time

Thanks in advance for any replies! Greatly appreciated!

I got 454rwhp with about the same mods you mentioned, except kooks headers w/o cats and ported OEM TB. Drives awesome, no issues driving around town. Do yourself a favor and video sound before and after. I didn't and wish I had

I've got 3.91's in mine, but i'm doing the stage 2 VVT cam. Which is as close to 3 as you can get on stock converter. Still waiting for those Kooks to go to coating though

Which trunnions did you get? I pressed in the Comp trunnions then thought better and did the bronze this weekend.

Just got the BTR3 cam installed on my SS manual transmission and I put down 486 rwhp but I also added the GMPP CNC ported heads.

The GMPP LS3 CNC Cylinder Head is $629.97 each at summit racing. They do come fully assembled but with that cam you will need a better valve spring. Also with a dual spring a different valve guide seal is required.

I wouldnt expect 470rwhp unless you have ported heads or better heads.

I've got the BTR Stage 4 with stock heads but 2" long tubes, stock intake manifold and stock TB and made 475/443. Someone I know with a similar setup to mine but BTR stage 3 and 1 7/8" headers made 461/435.

EDIT: These are both in LS3/M6 cars btw.
