^^^ Agreed! I keep one in the back seat for my son who has allergies. It's just like keeping a microfiber in the driver door, napkins in the console, and wet-naps in the glove compartment. If you are married or have kids....these are in each vehicle regardless of ages.
And NO, absolutely not, is anyone at anytime allowed any food or open container in any of my vehicles.

Tissues? No, but I do keep a towel in the back seat which is more useful imo than a box of tissues.
