It's just cool to see that many Camaros together all sorted and lined up by color. Thanks for the pics !
This is referred to as a "Dealer Drive Away" sponsored by the Chevrolet Local Area Marketing Group. Dealers form the area are invited to the game (we got to watch it from the Model's Box on Right Field) then drive off with one Camaro for our inventory. This is the first Camaro we have received (a Victory Red 1LT RS Automatic) and it was sold on the first day we displayed it. It will remain on the premises until we receive another Camaro for display.

Speaking of advertisements..when or if, will GM show exclusive Camaro TV commercials? Seems Kia Genesis coupes are taking over the infomercials...better
hurry up GM, before you start losing more customers..

Honestly, with the current state of GM, I'm surprised to see them mentioning the Camaro in any ads at all, let alone a Camaro-specific ad. I suspect they're more focused on Volt-ad-blitz's.

Thanks everyone for the response. Just like most people, wondered what it was all about. Wish we could have all seen that IN PERSON !!!

That would have been cool to see in person. I like GM's "thinking out of the box" approach to advertising.
Where were you??? You missed your chance on Thursday. Every Police officer in Texas was there. I parked illegally for 20 min and had nothing to worry about because everyone was watching the cars roll in.

Talk about some excitement in the air...

I hope that seeing so many at one time doesn't hurt the image... I mean you are buying a unique machine... seeing so many at one time might give people the idea that they are common and not special... I mean if they took 5 or 6 cars to an event it would get peoples attention without overwhelming them... I dunno.. hopefully it just wets peoples appetite.. and I think a commercial featuring the camaro would be a good call right about now... get people in to dealerships... they probly won't buy one, but they might buy a malibu... now is the time while it is still fresh and new and rare..

my local dealer picked up a victory red 1LT/RS from the game. I saw at the dealer the next day and test drove it....let me tell you the V-6 don't dissapoint.

I was able to drive the number 12 yellow 2LT back to the dealership that night. The dealers all had to contribute a donation to the Mets Foundation to get one of these cars. This is an additional unit above and beyond the "one per dealer" that all Chevy dealer's are supposed to get. We are getting another within the next week or two.

In fact, the young lady who bought this car had a R6P car on order but took this one now (at MSRP). So we canceled her ordered car so everyone else moved up.
