WTF?

How can you have a S/C and only make 284hp?

I almost make that stock without any FI.

Did I read that wrong or is something missing?

Here's my stock dyno #'s

Kinda my point....

A S/C LFX should at a min be around 360-380 HP.

With a few additional mods +400rwhp should be achievable.

Is that RX S/C even doing anything to boost HP?

Lots more power but my times show that I'll need to get some stickier tires:

The dyno operator let off at 6000 rpm. Centri superchargers make boost according to rpm so if he had kept it going up and a little past 7000 rpm, we'd see a much higher power number. The track times prove it all. A 13.4 is a pretty decent time for a supercharger depending on the weather. If the weather was absolutely perfect then that time might not be as good but if the weather was bad, that's a great time. Considering I've seen some IPF superchargers run worse times than a 13.4, I think the track times prove the dyno doesn't tell the whole story.

Looks like the DA was either 0 or slightly negative... As much as i hate for summer to end, i'm really looking forward to some nice low DAs again... LOL

Livernois mentioned engine HP is at around 340 to 350 and that after their tune I should be over 400. I'm never clear about HP when people comment on their own.... crank, wheel or rwhp.

GM states 305 at the crank right? So 305 less20%? is 244 at the wheels right?
(Automatic)
If so, then 284 at the wheels is 340.8 HP at the crank? for sure.

312 at the engine. They bumped the number up once they did a SAE certification.

I think once you get a better tune and maybe some headers with high flow cats you will be closing in on 400 at the wheels.

Actually, I ran it to the limiter, the graph goes to 7000, it just stops making power at 6000. I was very surprised to see how little power it made. But, we had another LLT there with a different supercharger and it was similar results. I just am not used to a supercharger only adding 30hp over stock. That's why we scheduled a custom tune for it as you could hear it spark knocking a few times, and the huge dips in the graph reflect that as well.

I definitely think more power is on it's way, but Not sure I would say that much more.
