That would make perfect sense - They aren't too difficult to disassemble - think mine only had a couple of thousand miles, so seals would not need replacing

I've had the seals out of my Jeep Liberty and was really easy.

These are a different story.

Anyone have the instructions on disassembling?

No hammers shall be used in the process of disassembly.

That's all I got...

I actually did it by accident on the Jeep.

I was doing both sides at the same time and when I put the one side back together I wanted to seat them so I went in the car and started pumping the brake.

Got the seals out real quick on the side I hadn't put the pads in yet.

I forgot about that story...

Well, Change of plans...

I spoke with two guys who run those CTSV Fronts on cars that see regular race activity.

JusticePete and Bruce Raymond..

They both said that with that CTSV caliper I am more likely to damage the seals reinstalling them than I am baking them. The CTSV calipers are so well made that they will easily stand up to 400 degrees for the 15 minutes or so they will be baked.

On the rears, I'll get a seal kit and do them my self.

The Powder coater agreed so we're back on track... I'll let you guys know how it works out....
