just not my week all 3 tires have nails in them

well looks like all 3 tires have nails in them now and only one can be plugged, then again there 5 years old but looked really good with 50% tred left i am going to patch the one keep the last good one and have to spend 515$ i really did not want to spend right now.

so soon the new rubber on the car will be

Falken Ziex ZE950 A/S 245/55R18 103 W BSW

thought the 1st things i would be getting was a aftermarket grill

no at least i hope not lol i also got rim cracking potholes and old roads where i live. the tire shops around here were outrageous for there prices 3 shops gave me a quot of 350$ a tire if i wanted the old bfgoods again.

one shop Big O Tires out in Irvine, told me 500 a pop because there 18in rims and only take low pro's -___- to witch i replied back im a ex mechanic worked in a tire shop and showed him on my phone lowest price 130$ a tire witch he asked me to leave and not come back.

yeah socal has alot of suckers here and alot of shady shops for tire, wheels and basic repairs.

my old tire shops deal of 70$ a tire got taken over by the son and is closing soon after 70 years in business because he jacked the prices up. other then shipping costs disposal cost (thanks California) CA tax. before all that was 414$ soo still made out like a bandit

that sucks but at 5 years old dry rot is a worry,so maybe you dodged a bullet when you bought new tires.had a 5 year old front tire go at 80 mph. on my old hot rod,it wasnt a nice experience and ruined a rim.all the tires still looked good and held air,but after that i replace them at 5 years no matter what.wonder if they make the falkens in sizes for the RS? i had them on a honda and they were pretty decent tires, got about 35,000 miles on the set.

Oh my game is about as tight as the suspension on a 13 year old Audi a4. And by that I mean there is no game lol. In all seriousness I kinda knew this would happen just had hope it would be a month or 2 down the road when funds were saved up to deal with it then vs 1week in to ownership

Dude its all the rage for the 3 wheel mod didn't you know its cool to tip over in corners. And if you do it right you barrel roll and that alone takes off 3 min of your lap times for style

I still hold a class A commercial driver license from my trucking days. The most frightening moment is when you blow out a front steer tire, that causes alot of rollovers in 18wheelers. They still look amazing for 5year old tires but I can tell the rubber is soft and dry now that they have got more use and there starting to harden and show hairline cracks on the tred edges
