Helmet?

I have never raced a car that was factory...do you have to wear a helmet for factory cars?

At the local track here they will let you race until you go too fast. Stock car was not a problem but then I added a blower, a cam and some traction - I was told to quit until I had a helmet.

My local track here, Rocky Mountain Raceways, requires helmets on the strip if you are 13.99 or faster. UPS just delivered mine yesterday so I'm ready
