Got a shipping notification. Scheduled delivery tomorrow. So exactly 2 weeks. Not bad.
PHXLT1, get your rifle back yet?

I've always been a Smith guy (have lots of them) Since the Military went with the M17 (I believe) I opted to buy the P320 about 2 months ago. They did not pull the pistol off the shelf, but bought it anyway. I chose not to do the voluntary recall, 1 out of 100 if you drop it the way they show it "might" fire. I've heard from the forums that the newer trigger set up isn't as good as the original. Then again, its hear say.
So far I love my P320. a little harder to carry vs my shield.

Haven't heard that about the trigger setup. Guess I'll see next time I'm at the range. Thanks. I like my VP40 better, but the Sig is a sub. Really want a P365 but those things are about as easy to get right now as a ZL1 was last year, lol.

Just came across this section. I've been away from the forum for a while until today. May have to go do some shooting this weekend. It's been a while since I've shot any of my toys...hate drawing too much attention at the range, but you guys have given me the itch again

Les is that you.......my Premier II in 9mm with the 1.5” accuracy guarantee is a laser, but still has some feeding issues, I’ll call you at the shop later today to discuss Camaro's and 1911’s.

LOL, the 1.5" guarantee is a the real deal. I'm not the real LB - but I'll tell you straight up never buy a LB anything unless it's a full size 1911 and .45cal, or you're asking for problems.

I'm procrastinating at the office right now and trying to figure out if I can still get an NFA stamp to SBR my UMP...I'm in CT so it's probably complicated now. Stupid new firewall restrictions are blocking everything.

YES!! Brand new, in the box, and ready to shoot. Going to the range this weekend and going to put this bi÷ch through its paces. I've got 1000 rounds just itching to be fired! Got the rifle just a couple days ago. Been sick so I haven't had a chance to look it over. I'll send pics when I can. Thanks for asking!! 😀

Les Baer....LOL.

I bought a new Wilson, CQB in .45 , then a few years later a new Ed Brown Commander sized gun in forty five. Both ran flawlessly from day one.

A buddy bought a full size Les Baer and had so many issues we finally peddled it at a gun show. The "run 500 rds through it before You call me" thing is pure and utter BS.

Here's a couple pics. The gun was fired for testing and the only difference I see is the bolt. First two were grey and this one is black. New one on top and old one on the bottom. Not sure if that means anything but I guess we'll find out. Trading this rifle in for an Arsenal is still not out of the question.

Sorry Les but I have to be honest here.

I own a number of Baers and agree that they defiantly are not as nice as my Ed Browns, Wilson Combats, SACS, Nighthawks etc. But they are shooters and fit my hand better than any other 1911, except for Springfield Armory Custom Shop that is.

Hey guys!

I was on Atlantic Firearms website yesterday and the have some sweet deals on AK's. They have Romanian AK's for less than $800. Are these any good? They even have an Arsenal for under $900. Not bad considering these usually go for $1200 or more. I know it's not their top of the line but I don't shoot all the time either. Your thoughts.

Don't get me wrong, I love mine and haven't had any problems at all. Back when I bought it - maybe 7 years ago now? - people were having issues with his rifles and the smaller sized 1911's. My monolith heavy weight has been perfect though and is a tack driver.

Sorry didn't mean to strike a nerve with my comment but there more than a few people having issues back then. Same deal with the Kimbers...they were horrible for a stretch, years ago after the company was sold, but I've only heard good things lately (don't own any though).

Good deal for an Aimpoint PRO or not? Keep reading about these things in the $350 range but can't seem to find it.

That's an average price. If you don't mind used, they pop up on AR15.com in the equipment exchange for 300-325 fairly often.
