We're going to need pics of the woman in order to determine her level of guilt.

Even if it didn't leak into the electronics, the seat cushion is most likely toast. You'll never get the fluid out, and no matter how well you clean the leather, you'll always have the effervescent aroma of straight tequila urine in the car..... especially when your passenger turns on the cooling fans. The cushion can be replaced without replacing the entire seat.

Whatever you do, if you know her address, send her the bill.
This guy has it right. That much urine soaked into the foam. The heating grid I would not worry about as much. That and the cooling fan could be cleaned once removed (although the grid may be molded into the foam). I would pull the seat and take it apart. Depending on how the upholstery is fitted, it may be impossible to access the foam as a separate piece. Time to look for a parts recycler (a.k.a. junkyard) that will sell you a seat.

I'll leave it to others to comment on how exactly you got into this situation and how you might avoid it in the future!

Seat foam is generally 2-3" thick and reasonably dense. Therefore, I find it HIGHLY unlikely that the urine traveled through the seat foam and onto the underlying carpet.

As mentioned above, use a product with active enzymes to destroy the source of the odor. If, after testing it on an inconspicuous location, the product isn't compatible with the leather or is not effective in removing the odor, I would proceed to replace the seat bottom foam. If the seat construction is similar to the Fifth-Generation Camaro, replacement of the seat bottom foam is not that difficult.

Drunk girlfriends are always a pain in the ass, more so than sober girlfriends.

Good luck Op, let us know how it turns out.

YIKES! Sorry OP, but I think your seat it TOAST. Every time a passenger turns on the heater/coolers, that smell will return. Time to start hunting for a seat on Ebay, you may be able to find one intact in the 500-700 range. What kind of adult just unloads on your seat? How toasted was she?

Now Ive got another reason to not let hammered friends ride in my car haha.

A girl I was seeing texted me at 3am to pick her up at the bar - I got out of bed, got dressed and drove over in my 2011 SS - and she was a complete mess. She got in and at the first light, she started leaning forward and dry heaving - I frantically pulled over, pushed the door open - and then pushed her out. When the light turned green, I decided to keep going and left her there.

I knew a hookup was not in the cards, and I was already pissed off about the possible puke in the car.....so I feel my actions were justified.

You can order a new cushion cover and have a upholstery shop change it. pull the cushion foam out and relace that too.

You'd have to check with the dealer, but I'm pretty sure the cushion and leather covering on it are all one part. You just need to specify the color.

But in all seriousness, we're talking about human bodily fluids. As someone in the healthcare field I can assure you you do not want to just "clean" the contaminated areas. You need to replace them.

No one in their right mind would ever sit in your passenger seat again if they found out someone urinated in it.
