I certainly understand your frustration...

The list of status codes that benchmark an order
are listed on page 1 of this thread.
GM communicates status on all orders thru each dealer....

Ultimately your dealer is the pivotal position,
It is up to them to keep you informed.

dealer codes

Like a lot of dealerships our sales person is great, but he has to depend on the sales manager for any information. Apparently it is the sales manager that has the key to the allocation vault and seems to guard the door with a passion.

However, if that continues much longer, I will give him a code he will understand clearly...I believe it is 9000!!!

Then I will go to Michigan to place my new order from someone who seems to truly care about her customers.

RRWM5W, an almost daily exercise in futility. My dealer said he had an allocation last week, seems he may be mistaken.

Depending on how your dealer handles their orders...
...some immediately submit,... some wait for it to close...

RNJWJD in NC please. Dealer said they just got the allocation. I suppose that means I'll be checking status more often now.

Hello Becky

I'm coming for my weekly update on RQCQG6 from SC
Hope to get the TPW now
One other question: I've ordered my dreamcar on february 14th, 2014 before the price increase on 03/03/2014.
Not sure when i went to status 1100 but i hope not very much later after i have ordered.
Later on you told somebody his car is price protected as long:
1. as the car is ordered sold
2. and it's sold to the person who's name it was ordered in.
Can you check this on mine too?
