Paint Chips!
Anyone else experiencing an unusual number of paint chips? I had my 2013 Camaro for 3 years and had a total of maybe 5 chips that went down to the primer. On this one, 3 months and I've already repaired that many. And found 2 more today. I drive the same amount and same route to work, thin paint maybe?
I use the Langka repair kit with factory touch-up paint and it works really well. But I'm tired of repairing them already..

Langka and dr colorchip are great kits but yes, you shouldn't have to be using them all that often.

i was just complaining about this to my wife a few minutes ago after I got done washing that I should have got a clear bra. My front end is torn up

I have all sorts of chips on the sides, primarily aft of the doors. Don't notice any on the front bumper yet. I've only had the car for 3 weeks. More rocks and debris on the roads here in California than they have in Michgan(the pot hole capital of the world).

I have about 5 so far with 1,400 miles. Not too happy but what can you do besides protect and drive carefully. Only one is obnoxious, near the gas cap. One on the front, two inside the front fender wells, and one below the driver side door. I'm more mad about the dealer damage when they mounted my black bowties. Freakin' apes with a screwdriver.

Gm is repainting my rockers and front bumper. Clear was peeling off the bumper and I had several dozen on each rocker. Clear is very thin and just won't protect the paint. Its pretty bad. My 15 with 30,000 miles just had a few on the rockers.

Yup, I only have 3900 miles on it and it's already looking like my GTO and it was ten years old and known for thin paint. Having a white car with the black plastic bumpers its very noticeable.
