Here in the UK it'll be somewhere between £30k and £35k (so I hear). That's between $60k and $70k at current exchange rates. For us, that's cheap - but it scares me that you guys may be buying one for the cost of a super-mini city car in the UK! :(

I would have faith in GM that they are not lying abou the Camaro being priced competitively with the Mustang. |

First of all I want the most powerful, fully equipped car you can get. Hopefully that price would be less than the Shelby GT500. I had a 2002 Z-06 Vette and loved it, but comparing this car to a Vette is like apples and oranges.
The look, the stance and the nostalgia...that's what this car is all about. If someone said to me, "you choose, free of charge, which car do you want, the current 2007 Vette or a fully loaded 2009 Camaro?" I'd pick the Camaro. JWz28. |

It seems that the 33-35.9 bracket is winning, Sorry-but if I'm going to drop that much money, I'll add 5 more and get a Corvette.
The Camaro friggin' amazing - but I'd probably pick the Vette... |

I am going to make a bold prediction here. A 2009 Z28 will sticker at 28,900 and a SS will sticker at 30,900, and the LS2 at 34,900. There I said it.
