The wife is resisting my plans to get her a C7. I'm hoping that after they come out her opinion will change. I will not part with my SS, so I would likely wait for a later year C7 so the wife can get what she wants. Plus, the SS will be paid off before the C7 is released so I see no reason to part with it.

All the spy photos seem to be wearing her down so ...............

I'll be trading my 2010 SS toward the Stingray. I might have to sell it first and go without a car for a few years if the Marine Corps decides I'm going to Okinawa this summer. Like GaBoy25, I was real close to trading in for a ZL1, but now I absolutely have to get a 'vette.

Mine is for sale -> http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=273686

However if I don't get close to asking I will keep it and still get the Stingray. Will just need to argue with the wife over garage space~

Thank you! It is an awesome ride which is why I am not in a rush to move it =). I just happen to live in California where space is at a premium...

I'm going to sell my Camaro and maybe another vehicle or two. I hate giving up anything, but I don't drive them all (the Camaro's not been driven in three months at least), and I need space to add the c7!

I really like my SS... I'm not planning to but if I just had to give up one, it might be the other pony. :ohwell:

You may want to rethink the idea of the Competition seats unless you plan the primary use of the car it tracking it. Bob Hall a GM engineer was at the winter NCRS meet in Florida last month and he said that the competition seats were not designed for a daily driver or a car that would be used for trips. They are specifically for track use as they have no real comfort level.

I'd likely be fine with it... my Boss 302 has the optional pair of Recaros and I love it. I saw/felt/played with the Competition seats at the CHI auto show and have no immediate qualms.
In due time, we shall see...

I think I'll be passing on this one, to be honest I have a hard time getting my butt in and out of a Vette.

I've driven a 'Stang with the optional Recaros and they're a steal at $1,500 extra or so. Very nice seats . Hoping the "base" GT ones are comparable on the C7.
