Dual Tip Exhaust/Muffler?

I want to emulate this style, always thought the quad tips together looked good, but a bit busy to be considered perfect. Anyone think there will be some dual tip muffler/catback options? I may just end up going custom, but curious about any OTS parts.

This is the style I like, maybe .25-.5" larger diameter tips would be perfect IMO.
