Sent a p.m. to Apex. They will be at the fest, but they won't have a vendor booth. My interpretation is that someone will be there as a civilian like last year ( I could be wrong ).

It's the same basic thing they said last year with the exception that they said the fest was too far away....but if it were closer they would set up a booth.

edit: They offered to deliver items to the fest.

hope everyone made it out ok yesterday. I will say being on 385 with rain and straight line winds was fun.

really need to wash my car now

Well I was able to get time off for LS Fest and my car should also be done in a week or two. Block work would have been done yesterday but I forgot to have them align hone it and set it up for main studs. Oh well. But regardless, either by the end of this week or start of next week I will be getting going on my engine build and hope to have it all together, in the car, and breaking it in by the 26th!

I'm so stoked. Its been nearly 3 months now since she's been down...and I'll tell you...she needs a detail BADLY! All the dust, grass clippings and who knows what else from just sitting is nearly unbearable for me to look at.

As for LS Fest, my brother in law is going as are a few of his buddies. He's going to trailer his Trailblazer SS out there and I told him I would follow to keep an eye on it. If y'all don't have any other plans, I'm sure you're more than welcome to tag along too, although the pace won't be fast since he's pulling a trailer/truck.

Washed the car Monday only to get rained on yesterday.

It was like Mario Kart on the way home with all the debris for me on the back roads.

I am thinking about LS Fest, but not sure. Maybe I'll drive up and back for a day. I cannot wait to see SNSSTR back Greg!

Soon Memphis will have plenty of go fast 5th gens on the streets.

I don't know if y'all have noticed but I got my windows tinted (finally!) a couple of weeks ago. had TN Tint do it and I love it. I like that people can't look into my car and see what I have. the guy that tinted it said he loved my car and actually has the Hot Wheels of my car lol.
