If we are doing grandstand I'll do that, Sit near the top if we can so we have something to lean against. It gets uncomfortable sitting there and staring up at the sky. Oh yeah lots of sun block! And yes alot of walking around if you want, lots of planes on exhibit, vendors and some "rides" and simulators.Long bathroom lines so be ready for that.We walked around more in the morning as the best stuff happens after 12.
