This is not a Z06. I just ran the VIN #. It's a Stingray 3LT w/Z51. Here are some ways you can tell. Vent behind front wheel too narrow and does not have Z06 emblem in it. No intake vents in front of rear wheels. Rear fenders are not flared. Vent on top of rear fender is not scooped. Rear rotors look too small. Lights on back are red, Z06 are clear/frosted.
It has a 'Supercharged' emblem on front fender but I've never seen that. The rear spoiler looks to be from a Z06.

I'd say he's trying to scam some innocent person.
