Performance Meter

It doesnt let u do 60 to 130mph timer. Which a very popular performance number.
Only goes to 125mph.

I would guess they had to stop it there because the car will only go 135 mph without tuning.

I may have missed it or can't recall, but what is the factory speed limiter (speed cutoff) on the C7's set at?

At the Precision Stingray event, the fastest I got to was 131 mph only due to the lead car slowing down in front of me!

Already done 142mph in Eco mode GPS verified..
The speed limiter set on PCM is 199mph.
Dont have pic. But table u pulled up car does not use.
First stop & think y would speed limiter be lower then every performance car out there including Camaro SS. LoL

If limiter for performance meter im still 10mph short lol

Also u wouldnt be able to dyno it right either.
Suppose to be done in 4th gear which at 135mph hasnt hit 6000rpms yet

Interesting. The file I have was posted by Halltech. Don't know what is going on in the ECM. See post #29:

I feel better now... limited to 135 is kinda too low. Even my AMG sedan was limited to 155. The V8 Camaros and Mustangs are higher than 135 too.

This is an automatic file he posted. Is yours manual? Maybe a difference in auto and manual? I agree 135 would be ridiculous for a Corvette. Even the 5.0 Mustangs go much faster than 135.

I looked at a file for trucks and it has 135 too. I would be surprised if they have the trucks going that fast. I have a 2013 Silverado 6.2 and it has 98 in the file. And that's really where it quits too.

I've seen video of a c7 A6 doing 176 mph. I'll post it if I find it again. Car was stock they claim. My 1984 c4 did 149 mph WTH.

The speed limiter 2 is what is Active. There are so many options on the PCM alot stuff not used. There are tons of populated tables for twin turbo system
