What do you know about the other primary mirror for Hubble?

I know that due to the company that built Hubble, the mirror was off by less than the width of a human hair, and due to that, the pictures were blurred. It took NASA a couple years until they could get a Space Shuttle up there to fix it. That mission was STS-61 in 1993. It was flew by Endeavour.
