Fix bumper or new bumper or not?
I have the 45th anniv V6 RS (back up sensors) in bumper. Someone was kind enough to back into me and do minor damage. There is some wavy / bubbling like area by rear reflector, and two spots where it looks like their top/bottom plate screws pushed into plastic.
Anyway, I'm just looking for opinion since it's a 45th should I just fix current bumper, get replacement, or use this as a chance to get a rear body kit? Would I lose value making it less stock? My guess is a rear kit bumper could look good, prob costs same as new or refinished OEM, but at this time I don't want to redo the whole car. Would it look odd with just rear bumper non stock? |

Post some pictures on here so we can see the damage.
It depends on what you plan to do in the future. Are you going to sell your car in a couple of years or do you plan to keep it for a very long time? If you're going to keep it for a long time, might as well make it look really nice. If not, just repair it.
