New Here, just ordered my 1LE!!

Just last night I put in my order for a 2017 SS 1LE in Hyper Blue Metallic

Now for the long, 4-6 week wait and I'm hopeful I'll start being able to get some status updates next week. I've been reading these forums for months and finally pulled the trigger. I'll be trading in a 2016 Mazda Mx-5 Club w/ brembos package. We've enjoyed the car, but one test drive in the SS was all that it took--the torque(even in the lower revs) and sound of the exhaust was intoxicating!! Also, it's near the end of pollen season in Houston and the heat is coming quickly-good time to drop a convertible. This camaro is a dream car and I'm super siked!! Ordered it with the 1LE black hashmarks on the hood and illuminated door sills for a little extra bling. I figured I'll probably put PPF on the nose and drop 1LE floormats and knee pads once it gets here. Look forward to learning more here and will post pictures when she arrives!

Way to go! Where did you order it from? 4-6 wk might be a bit optimistic , I ordered from MacHaik, just got it recently. They told me 8-12 and it took 10. Love the car but have had limited seat time. Been at dealer a week for oxygen sensor and then new catalytic converter. Ready today late didn't have time go get. Get your sales guy to keep you updated on order status and visit ordering and tracking section that's a lot of fun and makes the time go by faster. Keep reading here

I still can be more than that. Granted, I ordered my SS 1LE the first day it was available to, and I had to add PDR afterwards, but mine took like 10 weeks from order accepted, to delivered.

Congrats! I'm in Houston and have a 2017 1LE in hyper blue as well. There are four of us as far as I know now that have hyper blue in Houston
