I would change ring and pinion and get a set of drag radials.

I honestly can't swing the cash for all out 15 conversion I'm looking at the c6 rims with some mt et streets on them a new clutch 4:11 gears and trailing arms. Dropping front sway bar along with a little weight

Drag radials + some rear suspension parts. The latter are needed to minimize wheelhop.

Suspension and seat time.

I think my best before the blower was 12.10 on street tires (stock p-zeros) with 460rwhp.

Its going to take seat time man. Im still chasing 11s on my setup. My problem is getting off the line clean. Im running 20" 555Rs and my best 60' to date is 2.0. Ive seen them do 1.8s so I told myself Im not buying anything for the car until I do 1.8 60ft and 12.3 in the 1/4. (Current best is 12.76) I live in AZ and our track is known to be a slow track. The only thing I may cheat on and buy is a clutch. Its been getting stuck to the floor when I try to leave harder. I separated the reservoirs and havent been back to the track to see if it fixed the issue. Too damn hot. Lol!

That should be a low low 11sec setup with the right traction support

Depending on your budget, Eaton Trutrac, 3.91's and axles.
