I had two of these replaced under warranty on my 2010 SS. My Z/28 has not shown this problem. On the third time my SS oil cooler was installed, I was told by the lead technician who finally installed it, that it was due to the bolts not being properly torqued and done in the right pattern. After that, I did not have any more leaks and no more warranty issues.
